Summary Billing
- Our Summary Billing program for customers who receive more than one bill in the
same mailing cycle. You may consolidate all bills in the same mailing on one bill
in the same envelope.
- We have two styles of full page bills from which you may choose. Each style includes
different information about the billing.
- Now customers can consolidate all bills received on the same date into one envelope.
- Save paper, postage, reduce filing hassles, and reduce waste disposal problems.
Budget Billing Plan
- Our budget billing, or average pay plan, will allow you to pay only an average amount
each month. This amount will remain constant for one year.
- The average amount will be determined by your past twelve months consumption.
- You will continue to receive a regular monthly bill explaining the amount of energy
used and the balance of the account.
- At the end of twelve months, the account will be audited and adjustments made to
keep the bill at an average.
