The My Account pages on Midwest Energy's website, where customers go to review energy bills and make payments, received an update Dec 9th, giving the pages a new look and feel.
The new layout enhances the customer experience, featuring new fonts and typesizes and a dashboard layout that make makes it easier to navigate.
"We have a growing number of customers who pay their bills online," said Michael Sadeghi, Midwest Energy's Director of Customer Service. "The new dashboard makes it much easier to find the information you need quickly."
