Our system accepts a large numbers of outage calls from customers — up to 32 calls at a time! It automatically relays the information to supervisors. Operations personnel can then concentrate on dispatching crews and restoring service.
To report an outage or gas emergency, call 1-800-222-3121. Step-by-step instructions will lead you through the reporting process. When you call, the system uses a form of Caller ID to identify your account. If the phone number is not recognized, you will be prompted to either enter the phone number or the account number for the outage location. If you choose to leave a message, be sure to provide a contact phone number (with the area code), the name of the account and the outage location or address.
To update a telephone number, call us at 1-800-222-3121 during business hours, Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. After business hours, you can access our automated customer service by calling 1-800-222-3121.
