Natural Gas Safety Survey Conducted in October

Midwest Energy is required by its regulators to conduct an annual survey of its customers to determine the level of awareness regarding natural gas pipeline safety.
To meet this requirement, Midwest Energy has contracted Blue Otter Solutions, a national telephone survey customers, to conduct this survey in early October 2018. The company will call a statistically valid number of customers to conduct this survey.
This survey is completely optional, but we hope customers take a few moments to help us identify areas to improve our natural gas safety communications. Thank you!
